One Voice | Government Advocacy for the Metalworking Industry

Members of the Precision Metalforming Association and the National Tooling and Machining Association are on the Hill today to voice concerns about the Trump administration’s steel and aluminum tariffs. (They’re in town for the One Voice for Manufacturing Legislative Fly-in and Conference.) The manufacturers met Tuesday with the offices of Sens. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.), Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and Ted Cruz (R-Texas), among others. They’ll meet today with the offices of Reps. Jackie Walorski (R-Ind.), Erik Paulsen (R-Minn.), Lou Correa (D-Calif.), Kevin Yoder (R-Kan.), Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Fred Upton (R-Mich.) and Steve Stivers (R-Ohio), among others.
