With just days remaining before the 12th annual RoboBOTS competition, the American Made team from Meadville Area Senior High gathered after school Wednesday for one more meeting, a ritual they have followed since October.
Their RoboBOT completed, all that remains is to continue practicing their driving skills, determine how the driving responsibilities will be divided during the competition and finalize their strategic approach. The results of their final planning sessions will be evident Saturday at the MASH gymnasium. Bouts begin at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day with 42 teams from 22 high schools slamming, spinning, flipping and smashing each other as they battle to be the last RoboBOT standing.
